Terms of Service

By purchasing from Imperium ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the buyer") agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

Important — Before You Purchase

Before completing any purchase on Imperium, you must start a screen recording. This recording must capture the entire process from checkout to first login attempt. Without this recording, no claims of any kind will be accepted, including invalid logins, missing items, or account issues.

Your recording must show:

  • Your checkout and payment confirmation
  • The account credentials you received
  • Your first login attempt in real time
  • Any error or issue you are reporting

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Imperium are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Exception — Invalid or Missing Login Credentials: If the login details you received are incorrect or non-functional at the time of delivery, a replacement will be issued, provided you supply an unedited screen recording that covers the full process from checkout to your first login attempt. Claims submitted without a valid recording will not be accepted.

Account Recovery / Lockout — No Responsibility

We strongly advise all buyers to take the following steps immediately after receiving their account:

  • Change the account password to a strong, unique password
  • Change the associated email address to one you own and control
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Unlink any connected social accounts, payment methods, or third-party apps
  • Remove any linked phone numbers and replace with your own

Failure to take these steps is solely the buyer's responsibility. No refund or replacement will be issued if an account is recovered due to the buyer's failure to secure it promptly.

Account Bans & Suspensions

Imperium is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions placed on accounts by the platform (e.g. Fortnite, Steam, Discord, etc.) after purchase. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Bans related to the account's history prior to purchase
  • Bans resulting from the buyer's own actions after purchase
  • Temporary or permanent suspensions by the platform

No refund or replacement will be provided in any of these cases.

Delivery

All accounts are delivered automatically and instantly upon payment confirmation. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct details at checkout. Imperium is not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer.

If you experience a genuine delivery failure (i.e. you did not receive your account credentials), contact our support within 24 hours of purchase with your screen recording as proof. A replacement will be issued upon verification. Claims made after 24 hours or without a valid recording will not be accepted.

Account Validity

All accounts listed on Imperium are checked for validity prior to listing. However, Imperium does not guarantee:

  • The long-term availability of in-game items, skins, or currency
  • That the account will remain in the same state as described after delivery
  • Continued access to the account if the buyer does not follow the security steps in Section 2

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute. Any chargeback filed will be considered fraudulent and will be contested. Buyers who file chargebacks will be permanently banned from Imperium and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use accounts purchased from Imperium for any illegal activity. Imperium is not responsible for how buyers use purchased accounts after delivery.

8.

Limitation of Liability

Imperium's total liability to any buyer is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9.

Changes to Terms

Imperium reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10.

For support inquiries, contact us via our official Discord or support page. Do not open payment disputes before contacting us — we are happy to resolve genuine issues.

By completing a purchase on Imperium, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
